ZD Registration Validated

This extension is added to the BIG identifier (Practitioner.identifier with system http://fhir.nl/fhir/NamingSystem/big) of a practitioner. It indicates whether ZorgDomein has validated the practitioner’s BIG registration in the BIG-register:

true: the BIG registration has been validated.
false: the BIG registration has not been validated.

If the extension is absent, it is unknown whether the BIG registration has been validated. Receivers must not interpret the absence of this extension as false.
